Delete your account

You can ask us to permanently delete your Thrill World account and the personal data attached to it at any time. Here’s how.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to the address below from the email address you used to sign up.
2. Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
3. Include the name or email you registered with, so we can find your account.

We’ll confirm your identity, complete the deletion, and reply once it’s done — usually within a few business days.

What gets deleted, and what we keep

Deleted	Your name, email address, login details, signed-in devices, and push notification settings.
Deleted	Access to any ebooks or plans tied to your account. Once deleted, this cannot be restored.
Retained	Records of completed purchases and orders, which we’re required to keep for accounting and tax purposes. These are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for anything else once your account is deleted.
